Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, AIBT Non-profit Charter High School, DBA Career & College Prep hereby states that all notices of the meetings of our school will be posted at 6049 N. 43rd. Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85301. and on our website http://www.ccprephs.com.

Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.· A technological problem or failure that either prevents the posting of public notices on a website or that temporarily or permanently prevents the use of all or part of the website does not preclude the holding of the meeting for which the notice was posted if the public body complies with all other public notice requirements required by this section.
